What You Will Do

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements to ensure product conformity.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on complex aerospace components using both manual and automated methods.
• Operate and assist in programming CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) using Zeiss Calypso software.
• Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and produce detailed inspection reports in compliance with AS9102 standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Support ad hoc inspection requests during the New Product Introduction (NPI) development phases.

What You Will Bring

• Extensive quality inspection experience within the aerospace or automotive sector.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings with a strong understanding of GD&T.
• Hands‑on experience with manual inspection tools and automated systems such as CMM and vision systems.
• Experience of working to tight tolerances, with experience in ZeissCalypso or PC‑DMIS.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAIR) processes and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
