£40000 to £45000 | Hybrid | Truro Cornwall

Role Overview:

• Support the full engineering lifecycle by driving high standards of quality and documentation control
• Maintain and improve document systems in line with ISO requirements
• Contribute to audits inspections and engineering reviews to ensure consistent compliance
• Collaborate closely with engineering operations and installation teams to embed quality principles across projects

Responsibilities:

• Oversee engineering and project documentation ensuring accuracy version control and secure accessibility
• Train colleagues on document processes and quality systems
• Support the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System aligned to ISO9001 and ISO14001
• Carry out quality checks audits and inspections through build installation and commissioning stages
• Provide input into engineering changes NCR CAPA and quality sign-off processes
• Assist in supplier quality engagement including review of incoming materials
• Participate in testing validation FMEA HAZOP and risk-assessment activities
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations to resolve technical issues
• Produce internal quality reports dashboards and KPI updates
