The role is pivotal in supporting their electronics value stream, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and improving supplier performance, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Carrying out supplier audits, assessments, and leading improvement projects.
  • Working with suppliers on electronics, plastics, and rubber components to meet ISO 9001 and internal quality requirements.
  • Applying Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, and statistical process control to strengthen supplier capabilities.
  • Acting as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams on quality-related matters.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in supplier quality or related quality engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001, SPC, DOE, audits).
  • Background in electronics, plastics, or rubber manufacturing.
  • A technical degree (mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering preferred).
  • Six Sigma / Green Belt and Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
