Quality Engineer - Belfast

What You'll Do

• Lead and Support: Guide Product Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineering colleagues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
• Drive Quality Standards: Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Problem Solve: Collect and analyse data on non-conforming products, enabling effective corrective actions.
• Audit and Assurance: Arrange and manage audit programmes, conducting internal and external site audits to uphold the highest standards.
• Customer Engagement: Liaise with internal and external customers to understand and meet quality assurance requirements.
• Innovate: Introduce and develop new quality initiatives, supporting training for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Support activities such as MRB/CAB, First Article Inspection Reports, and non-conformity reduction.
