A leading defense contractor in the UK is seeking a Quality Defect Management Professional to support the development and deployment of quality management processes. This role involves overseeing defect management systems, analyzing defect data, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication. Circa £35,000 depending on skills and experience

The Performance Team is an enabling stream within the BAE Systems Shared Services organisation, delivering quality management and operational excellence process and tools across the business. This role will initially support a project creating and maintaining a system to manage service and project quality defects and related data. It is a newly created role, giving a unique opportunity to bring in new ideas as the team develop and implement process and launch a supporting software tool. The role will give good exposure to the range of projects and services that BAE Systems Shared Services delivers to the wider BAE Systems business
