Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Draw up and maintain product factory paperwork including recipes.
  • Coordinate internal approval of factory paperwork.
  • Maintain factory trackers for process monitoring.
  • Support management of routine testing schedules.
  • Train Factory Personnel on new processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date folders for product documentation.

Overview

Quality Control Assistant. Are you an established Quality or Technical Auditor seeking your next step up in your career? Have you worked within a similar role in a fast paced manufacturing environment? Do you want to join a company that is on an upwards journey of growth? Major Recruitment are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join our client's manufacturing site near Brent, London. As a Quality Control Assistant you will support the technical and process function to launch safe, legal and high-quality product, working closely with the Technical and Process Function to manage and keep up to date technical paperwork.

Responsibilities
  • Draw up and maintain product factory paperwork (including recipes, calculation of batching).
  • Coordinate internal approval of all factory paperwork (including technical and process sign off).
  • Maintain factory trackers (e.g. debrining, pH/salt).
  • Support the management of the routine testing schedule (covering microbiological and nutritional testing, etc), updating internal trackers.
  • Manage internal training of new processes and quality system paperwork for Factory Personnel for any new products.
  • Maintain folders up to date: artworks folders, factory floor paperwork folders.
  • Create spiderweb graph for any new olives.
  • Keep Demarco database up to date.
  • QUOR system SME deputy.
  • Assist with customer visits.
