Role Overview
  • Audit GMP/CCP and production records; spot issues and drive CAPA to closure.
  • Verify label//coding processes and documentation.
  • Monitor and verify temperature compliance site wide.
  • Run taste panels and manage sampling to the micro/allergen surveillance schedule.
  • Validate cleaning effectiveness (micro/allergen) and write validation reports.
  • Validate legal food-safety controls (e.g., metal detection).
  • Investigate customer complaints (traceability, incident reporting).
  • Support internal and 3rd‑party audits and help train colleagues on procedures.
Qualifications
  • Food‑related qualification or equivalent QA/Technical experience.
  • Exposure to BRCGS, HACCP, customer audits and quality systems.
  • Calm communicator with sharp attention to detail and solid MS Office skills.
