Reports to: Quality Assurance Lead

You'll be the guardian of compliance, driving defect reduction and supporting continuous improvement across all sites.

What you’ll do
  • Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc audits across construction sites nationwide.
  • Perform physical inspections to verify adherence to design and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Design, and Production teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Deliver training packages to operations teams and supply chain.
  • Report non‑conformances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor pre‑handover inspections to ensure defect reduction targets are met.
  • Contribute to the development of internal SOPs and QA processes.

  • Quality Standards Knowledge: ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
  • Construction Expertise: Strong understanding of construction processes and technical requirements.
  • Auditing & Inspection Skills: Ability to perform compliance audits and inspections effectively.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud), OpenSpace, and Office 365.
  • Analytical Mindset: Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Communication & Leadership: Confident, clear communicator with authority to enforce standards.
