A water service provider in the UK is seeking a Quality & Assurance Manager to lead the development of a new vision for their Integrated Operational Solutions. This role will be instrumental in delivering quality management strategy while overseeing quality assurance practices to achieve regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in the water industry and construction, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards. Location: Within the East Anglia area to include: Lincoln, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Northampton, Milton Keynes, Norfolk and Colchester.
Contract: Permanent/Full time
Salary: circa £60,000 & Car Allowance*

Comprising Anglian Water, MGroup, Barhale and Kier, the IOS Alliance work together to concentrate on solutions across the water recycling and clean water asset base.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to lead and develop a new vision for Integrated Operational Solutions (IOS), where a heavy focus on Quality and Assurance will be critical to IOS's success. IOS consists of a team of experts from Anglian Water, and external partners who collaboratively work together to deliver optimal solutions for Anglian Water. As we move into AMP8 IOS will support the delivery of Anglian Water's most ambitious capital programme yet, where the volume and complexity of work will increase. Therefore, to support this programme IOS must have a clear quality and assurance strategy to meet these challenges.
The Quality & Assurance Manager will report directly to the Delivery Director and be a key member of the senior leadership team. The Q&A Manager will act as the focal point for the coordination of activities relating to the development, implementation and maintenance of IOS's Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality & Assurance Manager will lead the Quality and Assurance team, ensuring the right resources, skills and competencies are in place amongst the subject matter experts and specialists within the team.
