LOCATION: Melton, East Yorkshire

We have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Associate to join Origins expanding Quality team. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 15378 and BRCGS requirements, supporting quality systems, investigations, continuous improvement and day-to-day quality processes. With exposure to internal audits, supplier management, document control and batch release activities, this is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a high-performing, regulated environment.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Manage non-conformance investigations, complaints, and NCRs, ensuring timely and effective follow-up

• Co-ordinate documentation and batch release information, resolving any production issues
• Support internal audit programmes, site monitoring, and quarantine control
• Assist with supplier performance monitoring and goods‑in inspections
• Respond to RFIs, technical queries and compliance statements
• Support calibration management, problem solving, and continuous improvement initiatives

WHAT YOULL BRING

• Experience in a quality role within a regulated, manufacturing or GMP-driven environment
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills, able to work cross-functionally and with external partners
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to maintain clear records and documentation
• Internal auditing qualification (desirable)
