This is an exciting new position within the 7 Early interventions services across greater manchester, the EDIT Teams and the greater manchester university student mental health team.

This post will be a full time position, but we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.

The post holder will work within the senior leadership team within the CAMHS, EI and GM University teams, and will work closely with the nursing and quality leads within the division.

To be visible, accessible and demonstrate an authoritative presence in practice settings to whom staff, service users and their families can turn for assistance, advice and support.

Act as a role model to support teams to provide excellent and best practice quality of care to service users and carers.

Supporting the HoNQ and in conjunction with the relevant HR staff, develop strategies to ensure the teams achieve a workforce capable of delivering quality recovery focused services and that the workforce is competent, confident and safe in the delivery of patient/service user treatment options in order to maximise recovery outcomes.

In conjunction with the HoNQ review and monitor the quality outcomes for teams.

Ensure that appropriate mechanisms are in place within teams and work streams to monitor quality and performance against service, network and Trust objectives and directly influence positive change whenever this is required.

Be able to manage the process of change, challenging resistance and negativity and providing a clear vision of the need for the service and how it will meet those needsp>

Ensure appropriate formulation and implementation of clinical practices and procedures as appropriate.

Work in partnership with others to develop local strategies that support the service to meet any national agenda specific goals.
