A national support organization in London is seeking two Quality Advisors to join their team. The role involves conducting assurance visits, reviewing complaints, and providing valuable insights to improve service quality. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to promoting best practices and ensuring the safety and reliability of support provided. This position allows flexible working arrangements and requires regular travel across services.

As a Quality Advisor you will primarily work from home, supporting teams across all three nations. The right candidate must be able to travel across our services and to stay away from home on a regular basis. You will work closely with colleagues outside our team, building relationships. You won’t have any line management duties, but will be responsible for managing your own diary and delivering agreed work within your working week.
You will be part of a team that encourages and promotes flexible working and reasonable adjustments, particularly because of the impact of working away. Please talk to us if you feel flexible working would be good for you. We are also happy to make reasonable adjustments as part of the interview process.
