We are recruiting for an experienced team leader to join the Valuation Office Agency's National Valuation Unit (NVU) which is responsible for the valuation of some of the most highly specialised and high value properties. This role sits within our Leisure & Civic team, which deals with the non-domestic rating of the sporting, entertainment, hospitality and tourism classes on the leisure side and public sector occupied classes on the civic side, including NHS, emergency services and Local Authority occupations. You will lead a geographically dispersed and multi-skilled team of valuers, encouraging collaboration and inclusion to ensure effective communication, sharing of ideas and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for managing and achieving the team's strategic and operational objectives. As a key member of our leadership team, you\'ll bring your passion and enthusiasm for leadership to develop our future leaders, identifying opportunities for development, growth, and improvement.
