Overview

People Dynamix Education work with secondary schools across Liverpool, the Wirral and Sefton to source high-quality, reliable teachers for long-term supply placements. Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-sequenced lessons across Key Stages 3-4 that meet curriculum and exam requirements.
• Manage behaviour proactively to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning, adapting resources to meet the needs of SEN, EAL and mixed-ability cohorts.
• Assess, mark and give timely, constructive feedback to drive student progress.
• Maintain accurate records (attendance, progress, behaviour) using school systems.
• Work collaboratively with subject teams, pastoral staff and SLT.
• Follow safeguarding policies and contribute to student welfare.
• Cover whole-class timetables for extended periods and support departmental planning.
