A well-established manufacturing business in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to lead the development of Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems. The role involves ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture across manufacturing sites. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and ISO standards, along with auditing experience. This position requires regular site presence and collaboration with senior leadership and production teams.

  • Proven QHSE or Quality Management experience in manufacturing.

  • Own and improve the Quality Management System according to ISO 9001.
  • Lead internal, customer, and third-party audits across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation.
  • Drive environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.
  • Produce QHSE reports, KPIs, and improvement plans.

Role: QHSE Manager

Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-1:00pm

Location: Kidderminster

I'm supporting a well-established manufacturing business that, due to continued growth and focus on operational excellence, is looking to appoint an experienced QHSE Manager. This role will lead and further develop Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental systems across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture throughout the organisation.

As the QHSE Manager, you'll take ownership of quality management systems, health & safety compliance, and environmental processes. You'll work closely with senior leadership, production teams, and external bodies to ensure products meet internal standards, customer specifications, and all UK legal and regulatory requirements. This is a hands‑on role with regular site presence and travel, playing a key part in driving best practice and continuous improvement.
