NMB Minebea UK Ltd is a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision spherical bearings, rod ends and landing‑gear components for aerospace defence and industrial sectors. Part of the MinebeaMitsumi Group, the company supplies major manufacturers including Airbus and Rolls Royce. The team is now seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support external quality activities as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities
  • Compiling quality reports including First Article Inspection documentation and control plans
  • Managing customer and supplier issues including returns, quality complaints and related investigations
  • Carrying out root cause and corrective action work using recognised methodologies
  • Supporting audits, reviews and compliance checks across the quality management system
  • Acting as a quality contact for customers and suppliers while contributing to continuous improvement activity
What you bring

  • The ability to work autonomously and manage tasks with accuracy

  • An understanding of quality manufacturing or aerospace environments is desirable
