Part of the MinebeaMitsumi Group, the company supplies major manufacturers including Airbus and Rolls Royce. The team is now seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support external quality activities as the business continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Compiling quality reports including First Article Inspection documentation and control plans
• Managing customer and supplier issues including returns, quality complaints and related investigations
• Carrying out root cause and corrective action work using recognised methodologies
• Supporting audits, reviews and compliance checks across the quality management system
• Acting as a quality contact for customers and suppliers while contributing to continuous improvement activity
