Qualifications

• Proven experience in Quality System Auditing.
• Level 3 Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP required.
• Experience with BRC and major retailer audits.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Shift QA Team to ensure compliance with technical policies.
• Maintain an audit-ready quality management system.
• Analyze non-conformance data to identify and act on trends.
• Deliver team training and coordinate improvement projects.
