This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in a pivotal role, managing the purchasing function and leading a small team.

This position is office based and will involve occasional international travel.

The Role

As Purchasing Manager, you will :

• Lead, develop and support a team of two purchasing professionals.
• Manage a portfolio of global suppliers with a significant spend, ensuring quality, cost and delivery targets are consistently achieved.
• Negotiate robust, commercially secure contracts with new and existing suppliers.
• Develop and maintain a structured, stable and competitive supply base, driving continuous improvement and best practice.
