Purchasing Assistant (Flexible Hours)

Doyou have purchasing experience and are looking to join a global business going through an exciting period of growth, which will offer you flexible hours, progression to senior roles and excellent training?

This International Electronics Business has offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong and specialise in the design and manufacture of data loggers, smart graphic displays and custom electronic products. This company is at the forefront of this Technology and this is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an established company that’s building for the future.

Within this varied position, you use the MRP system (No experience required) to manage the purchasing function of the business. You will place purchase orders to ensure the stock is available for current sales. Building strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams will be an important part of the role.

This role will suit a Purchasing Admin or similar who is looking to grow their career within a company that values its employees and will help them progress their career through training and industry experience.

Responsibilities
  • Use an MRP system to guide order parts
  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and monitor their progress.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers
  • Core hours of 10am-3pm. Option to start any time between 7am-10am, with an 8 hour work day.
