Job description

As a Purchase Ledger (P2P) Team Leader you will ensure that supplier invoices and credits are processed accurately in a timely fashion and in line with company processes. You will also ensure that all queries are responded to quickly and efficiently whilst identifying areas of process improvement.

Qualifications :
  • Ensure the integrity of supplier transactions
  • Champion compliance to all P2P processes internally and externally
  • Provide accurate and efficient responses to internal and external queries
  • Continuously focus on process improvement and establish root causes of late invoice approval / payments
  • Work with the P2P Query Team Manager and Process Manager to identify improvements to the P2P processes
  • Drive improvement in P2P metrics
  • Perform line management duties including regular one-to-ones check-ins and annual development reviews
