The Impact you will have in this role:

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Global Public Relations, you will develop and implement a media strategy for DTCC's Digital Assets and Consulting Services businesses, aligning with business goals. You will promote DTCC news, build relationships with media and analysts, influence coverage, shape perceptions, and protect against reputational risk. Collaborating with the M&C team, business heads, and leaders, you will craft compelling messaging, leverage media trends, and establish senior leaders as thought leaders.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute global public relations strategies for Digital Assets and Consulting Services, generating media coverage through interviews, bylines, tours, statements, and events.
• Coordinate with M&C peers to ensure a cohesive strategy with clear goals and metrics.
• Create media narratives and thought leadership content on key initiatives.
• Engage with media, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with Tier 1 and trade media, including global reporters in DLT-related fields.
• Manage relationships with global PR agencies, advising on strategy and reviewing content.
• Monitor media coverage and identify opportunities for DTCC and the business.
• Support social media initiatives, including content and video development.
• Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and ensure ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or equivalent experience

• Understanding of all communication channels
• Strong verbal and writing skills, able to simplify complex topics and tell compelling stories
• Networking and influencing skills for PR strategies
• Experience or knowledge in crypto, digital assets, or blockchain (preferred)
• Analytical skills to measure results and find opportunities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines
