Responsibilities

• Identify and develop client risk management strategies.
• Lead insurance program design activities aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients.
• Host meetings with clients and insurers to deliver exceptional solutions.

Skills

Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong relationship-building and management abilities

Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

Education

Cert CII qualification, with progress towards ACII
