It is an exciting time to be involved in health, wellbeing and community support in Doncaster. The Doncaster Growing Together Borough Strategy has set out to change the way that public services deliver community support. Our ambitions are being realised through our inclusion in two national programmes which will test place-based, community-led health and wellbeing approaches across Doncaster. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for improving public health and wellbeing to join our Well Doncaster team. The team undertakes community-centred approaches to addressing health inequalities, and the programme has been recognised nationally for its strengths-based approach.
