If you’re enthusiastic about inspiring young minds through the study of psychology, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons at KS5, aligned with the national curriculum and exam board specifications.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, discussion, and student engagement.
  • You may also be asked to provide occasional general cover when required, helping to maintain continuity of learning across the school.
  • Join a supportive, energetic, and collaborative team committed to professional development and to making a meaningful impact on students’ academic and personal growth.
Ideal candidate
  • A bachelor’s degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject) and QTS or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge of KS5 Psychology and the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly
  • Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their academic success
