Overview

A prestigious life reinsurer is looking to hire a talented individual to join their Protection business in a pivotal role that underpins their ability to win new business, strengthen existing relationships, and deliver on their wider Protection strategy. While this role doesn’t involve direct client ownership, it is central to ensuring client strategies are executed successfully. You’ll be engaging with clients and internal stakeholders, supporting delivery of agreed quotations and initiatives, producing high-quality materials, and managing internal processes that enable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Solutions Sales team to create compelling, best-in-class client communications and materials that showcase the value of their services.
  • Lead cross-functional deal teams (Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, Strategic Analytics, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of new business and in-force initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for new business tenders and in-force projects, driving collaboration and accountability across teams.
  • Draft treaties and addenda, ensuring governance requirements are met and execution is timely.
  • Support internal reporting and processes, including pipeline performance tracking, quarterly new business reporting, and updates to internal tools and frameworks.
