A well-known retail cooperative based in Manchester is seeking a Propositions Manager to lead the development of targeted propositions for their wholesale partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading and marketing, aiming to create customer-first solutions driven by market insights. This role offers a salary up to £60,000 with great benefits in a hybrid working environment.
Up to £60,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 5)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices or out visiting customers, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)
Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to shape what comes next. As a Propositions Manager in our brand-new Propositions team, you’ll bring our trade, range, pricing, and promotional plans to life for our partners. We’ll look to you to lead the delivery of customer and commercial strategies, using market insights to inform decisions.
This is a varied and hands‑on type of role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting involved in everything from store ‘look and feel’ to marketing, trade, and pricing. If you have a background in trading or commercial, and thrive on using data to create customer‑first propositions, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
