WeAreAdam is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the world of Telecoms & Tech to recruit a new Propositions Manager to shape and deliver innovative offerings across connectivity, network, and digital services. This is a high-impact role at the crossroads of strategy, customer insight, and commercial delivery.

The Role

As Propositions Manager, you’ll take ownership of creating and launching customer-focused propositions that drive growth, retention, and competitive edge. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams — ensuring every proposition is sharp, scalable, and commercially sound.

About You
  • Existing experience in telecoms or technology, ideally within proposition development, product marketing, or commercial strategy.
  • Commercially savvy, confident managing multiple stakeholders, and love turning insight into impact.
  • A solid understanding of connectivity, UC, mobile, cloud, or managed network services.
  • Proven experience taking propositions from concept through to commercial success.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen — you know how to build a business case.
  • Excellent influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • A curious, data-driven mindset with a passion for delivering what customers really want.
