Overview

Contract Property Surveyor role in Cornwall, 8am-5pm, £27 - £32 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical planned maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.
• Provide technical advice and ensure compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience carrying out kitchen, bathroom, roofing, window and cyclical maintenance surveys in a social housing setting.
• Relevant qualifications/experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry.
