Your Mission

To bring our client’s brand to life across new and existing stores, delivering high‑quality retail environments that balance creativity, value and operational practicality. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and on brand.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Lead New Store Openings: Manage the full project lifecycle, from site feasibility and design coordination to procurement, build, fit‑out and handover.
• Elevate Existing Spaces: Oversee store refits, rebrands and remodels, minimising operational disruption while maximising customer experience and commercial performance.
• Collaborate to Create Impact: Work closely with design, retail, visual merchandising, facilities and operations teams to ensure brand consistency across all locations.
• Manage Multiple Projects at Pace: Control budgets, programmes, contractors and stakeholders across a varied project portfolio, identifying risks early and solving problems proactively.
