Overview

We are working with a well-regarded London (Fulham) practice who are seeking a Locum Solicitor to provide cover during an upcoming period of annual leave.

Role Details
  • Dates: 1 – 10 October 2025 (approx. 5 working days within this period, exact days to be agreed)
  • Location: Fulham-based firm (within approx. 1¼ hours travel distance)
  • Caseload: Landlord & Tenant work with a focus on collective enfranchisement and lease extensions. Transactional work including commercial property and residential conveyancing (residential makes up c.10–15%)
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor – ideally with senior-level experience
  • Strong background in landlord & tenant law, especially enfranchisement and lease extensions
  • Ability to manage a mixed caseload with minimal supervision
  • Available to provide short-term cover in October
