Job description

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload appropriate to their level of experience, working as part of a collaborative and experienced property team.

Depending on specialism, responsibilities may include:

Residential Property:

• Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
• Providing clear, practical advice and maintaining a high standard of client care

Commercial Property:

• Advising on commercial property transactions, including sales and purchases, leases, landlord and tenant matters, and development work
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
• Working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused legal advice

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (or Legal Executive/fee earner with relevant experience)
• Experience in residential and/or commercial property law
• Strong technical ability with good attention to detail
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
