About the Opportunity

A leading regional law firm with a growing London presence is seeking an ambitious Property Solicitor to join its expanding Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial property law to handle a high-quality caseload in a supportive and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a varied client base, including individuals, developers, investors, and businesses, while developing your career within a progressive firm that values professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, transfers, and other property-related legal documents.
• Advise clients on all aspects of residential and/or commercial property law.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties, ensuring excellent client service throughout.
• Ensure files are managed efficiently and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Play an active role in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Support junior team members and contribute to the wider success of the department.

Candidate Profile

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property law (residential, commercial, or both).
• Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and client care skills, with a professional and proactive approach.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Commercially aware with a willingness to contribute to business development.
• A team player with the ambition to progress within a growing London practice.
