A UK housing association is looking for a Property Manager to manage private and intermediate rented properties in Bristol. The role involves resident liaison, property inspections, and compliance management. Travel: Regular travel to properties in Bristol, Oxford, and London
Salary: £34,800.00 per annum
Working hours: 35hpw across Mon-Fri
Contract: 6 months fixed term contract
DBS Level: This role requires a Standard DBS check.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to manage a portfolio of Private Rented and Intermediate Rented properties within the A2Dominion portfolio. This role combines operational property management with exceptional resident liaison, ensuring a high standard of service delivery across multiple locations. You will work on a hybrid basis, spending three days per week in our Bristol office and the remainder working from home. Regular travel to sites will be required to carry out inspections and manage key responsibilities.
