Overview

Property Manager / Residential Block Manager / Senior Property Manager - UK-wide opportunities. We recruit for Leasehold Block Management roles at all levels and welcome applicants from Assistant Property Manager to Senior Property Manager seeking a long-term career with training. We work with a number of reputable managing agents UK-wide offering hybrid, home and office-based positions, flexible working arrangements and supportive teams.

Our clients manage high-quality, diverse block portfolios including long-retained RMCs, Freeholder sites and New Builds distributed across close-knit postcode areas.

Responsibilities
  • Work within leasehold block management duties across portfolios, with exposure to tasks such as budget setting, insurance provision, S20 consultation/major works, site visits and annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Provide consistent resident communication and maintain accountability for tasks from start to finish.
  • Support a structured career path with ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Typically 1-5 years of block management experience (varying by level).
  • IRPM/RICS qualification is required for Senior Property Manager applicants; for Assistant/Property Manager roles, certification can be pursued in-post with employer support.
