A well-established property firm in Maidstone is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their expanding Residential Lettings Team. This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties, being the primary contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, and conducting property inspections. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in residential property management and strong communication skills. A knowledge of the local area and familiarity with management software is preferred.

Our client, a well‑established and independently owned firm with offices in Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join our expanding Residential Lettings Team in Tonbridge. If you're self‑motivated, and customer‑focused with a background in residential property management, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties using MRI Qube and STREET software
  • Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, leaseholders, and contractors
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high levels of service
  • Oversee repairs, maintenance, and property compliance
  • Conduct routine property visits and site inspections
  • Keep clients informed of all legal obligations and changes in tenancy legislation
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • A solid track record in residential property management
  • Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
  • Experience in people or contractor management
  • ARLA or NFOPP qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent computer literacy and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of the Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells area
  • Experience with STREET and/or Qube software (preferred but not essential)
