Property Block Manager (Remote) – Site locations: Cambridgeshire. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus + Travel Expenses. Location: Fully Remote (with site visits approx. 1x per week or fortnight).

The Role

As a Property Block Manager, you'll take responsibility for a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire. The role is fully remote, with site visits typically once a week or fortnight. You'll work alongside a supportive and social team who are passionate about delivering excellent service.

• Manage a residential leasehold portfolio across Cambridgeshire in a fully remote capacity, with site visits as required.
• Deliver excellent service by working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential block management.
• Strong working knowledge of leasehold management, including:
  • Service charge budgets and reconciliations
  • Section 20 consultations
  • Building Safety Act compliance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing major works projects and dealing with contractors.
• IRPM or TPI qualification/accreditation (or working towards).
• Confident using property management systems and remote tools.
