Pear Recruitment – Senior Property Manager – Bromley & Beckenham

Salary - £30,000 - £38,000

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

About the role

• Manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties across Bromley and Beckenham branches.
• Handle check-out inventories and deposit returns.
• Process contractor invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Respond promptly to maintenance queries, providing high-level customer service.
• Assist other team members with renewals and general property management administration.
• Cooperate with the Lettings Team.
• Ensure portfolio compliance with legislation (Gas Certs, EICRs, etc.).
• Conduct property inspections.

Candidate Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating reliability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for service.
