  • Recover arrears
  • Produce Section 20 Notices for major works and long‑term agreements
  • Deal with pre‑contract enquiries from solicitors
  • Attend client meetings including board meetings (usually out of office hours)

  • TPI qualified
  • Good knowledge of current legislation and health & safety regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
