Are you a passionate and service-driven Property Manager who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients?

Do you have experience in managing reactive and planned maintenance, with the ability to juggle numerous priorities?

We are excited to be supporting a growing and well-respected estate agency in Edgbaston in their search for a Property Manager, with a strong focus on customer relations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, where your ability to build rapport with clients, coordinate property maintenance, and ensure compliance will be highly valued. In this varied Property Manager role, you will oversee all aspects of maintenance via Jupix software (PropertyFile), handle block management issues, and coordinate safety certificates and access arrangements. You will also take ownership of selective licensing applications and amendments, utility notifications and void billing.

With your excellent organisational skills, youll manage mid-term inspections, contractor relationships, rent increase notices (Section 13), and the administration of tenancy addendums, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and landlords. You will also be responsible for handling minor tenant complaints, onboarding new property portfolios, and providing out-of-hours emergency support on a rota basis.
