Overview

I am recruting for a new 3-6yrs PQE Property Litigation Solicitor role in London.

This role will involve both commercial and residential property litigation matters, dealing with cases such as landlord and tenant disputes, enfranchisement Law, planning, management of land and buildings generally, rights, easements and rights to light, governance of and disputes with resident owned companies etc.

If you have strong technical competence with Real Estate Disputes and are seeking a new London opportunity, this could be the role for you.
