With longstanding clients and relationships, the highly respected litigation team is looking to recruit an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer into their Essex office. You will be responsible for the management of your own varied and busy caseload, which will involve providing a first class and innovative property dispute resolution service, advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants, financiers and anyone else involved in property ownership, development, or property management.
The ideal candidate will either have experience within Property Litigation or possess a sound understanding and knowledge of Litigation and be willing to specialise in Property Litigation. You will be at least 5 years’ PQE and be passionate and dedicated with a flair for business development. A motivated and proactive solicitor is required to join this busy team, who can easily manage a caseload of both existing clients and new client relationships.
