The Role

You'll handle a varied and stimulating caseload, working with both longstanding clients and new instructions. Expect real responsibility, client contact from day one, and plenty of intellectual challenge. The department is well-established in the North West, giving you access to an enviable client base and exposure to a wide range of work, including:

• Overage disputes
• Easements
• Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture and relief
• Residential and commercial possession claims
• Service charge disputes
• Leasehold enfranchisement
• Co-ownership disputes

You'll work alongside a talented and close-knit team, including a highly experienced Head of Department who is committed to developing the next generation of litigators.
