A leading UK law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its Property Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop a broad contentious property practice within a supportive, high-quality team acting for a diverse client base.
The role offers exposure to a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, with early responsibility, strong supervision, and clear opportunities for progression.
The successful candidate will assist and advise on a variety of property-related disputes, including but not limited to :
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload (with appropriate supervision), supporting senior fee earners on more complex matters, drafting pleadings and correspondence, conducting legal research, and engaging directly with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
You will join a well-regarded property litigation team known for its collaborative culture and technical expertise. The team advises a broad range of clients, including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and private individuals.
Training, mentoring, and professional development are central to the team’s ethos, with structured support designed to help junior lawyers build confidence and capability early in their careers.
The role is based in one of the firm’s UK offices, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements available, subject to business needs.
