Job summary

A leading property agency in Romford is seeking an experienced Property Valuer / Lister to join their team. This role involves assessing vendor needs, valuing properties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The package includes a basic salary of £20k, uncapped commission, and opportunities for career progression. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 6, with Saturdays from 9 to 4. Candidates must demonstrate a positive attitude and have valuing experience.

£20K Basic Salary + £2.5k Car Allowance - £40K OTE (Uncapped Commission) - Career Progression

Our client is a well‑known brand in the area and the go‑to if you want to sell or let your property. They are consistently top in their area and are looking to further cement that position by adding an experienced property Valuer / Lister to their team.

You will partner with another Valuer to ensure all enquiries are answered and appointments are attended in a timely manner and convert as many appointments to instructions as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure every customer is greeted in a friendly, positive and enthusiastic manner to build rapport.
• Assess needs and wants of potential vendors
• Value properties using all available sources
• Ensure a good rapport with vendors through to completion
• Optimise every opportunity to secure valuations and to obtain Instructions

Candidate Requirements:

• Positive and resilient attitude
• Valuing and Listing Experience
• Enthusiastic person who can demonstrate they have the willingness to learn and develop themselves in the Estate Agency industry.

Package

• Up to £20k basic
• 5 day working week - Monday to Friday 8.30 to 6, Saturday 9 to 4. Working every Saturday with one day off during the week.
• Every Christmas period off!
