Property & Lettings Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Property & Lettings Manager to take ownership of a growing residential property portfolio alongside the operational oversight of a London-based hotel.

This is a hands‑on, varied role suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and confident managing tenants, compliance, maintenance, and financial administration across multiple sites.

The Role

Reporting into Senior Management / Group Director, you will be responsible for the smooth day‑to‑day running of residential properties and hotel operations, ensuring legal compliance, high standards, and excellent tenant and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing online letting portals, listings, and viewings
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing properties for new tenancies
  • Drafting, issuing, and managing tenancy agreements and renewals
  • Ensuring full compliance (Gas Safety, EICR, PAT, HMO, licensing, etc.)
  • Managing tenant onboarding, move‑ins, and move‑outs
  • Handling deposits, DPS registrations, and disputes
  • Monitoring rent payments and chasing arrears
  • Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and contractor management
  • Managing safety certifications and remedial works
  • Regular portfolio inspections and reporting
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintaining accurate records and property documentation
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in property management and lettings
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation and compliance
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Excellent organisation and time‑management skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive, solution‑focused mindset
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations and managing priorities
