Job title: Property Insurance Sales Account Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (OTE £35,000)
Location: Lincoln - office based 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a clear strategy to increase sales month on month.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Monitor and report on performance against targets.
- Deliver innovative marketing campaigns to engage and incentivise customers.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal processes.
- Share best practice across the team and act as a role model.
- Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in Salesforce CRM.
