Key Responsibilities

• Handle secured lending matters on behalf of challenger banks
• Act for lenders taking security over properties (including portfolios and developments)
• Manage administrative and legal tasks independently
• Ensure properties provide adequate security for proposed loans
• Potential for dual representation of banks and borrowers
• (If experienced) Supervise Junior Paralegals and contribute to specialist teams
