Qualifications

• Demonstrable ability to manage and deliver against challenging cost targets.
• Management experience, with evidence of developing junior team members.
• Cost, QS's and/or commercial management experience from within practice or client side.

Responsibilities

• Drive robust cost management and commercial agreement with suppliers.
• Manage a team of external QS's for cost and change management.
• Coordinate communication related to cost and budget with stakeholders.
