Overview

Role: Property Administrator (Charity Organisation)

Location: LS7

Hours: 4 or 5 days, 30 hours (10am-2pm core hours)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £25-27K (Full Time Equivalent)

Office Angels are proud to be partnering with one of our fantastic Charity partners to recruit a part-time Property Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.

You will be reporting directly to the Property Coordinator and assisting in ensuring that the organisation's residential properties don't stay vacant for too long. You will be building great relationships with referral partners, attending assessment interviews and assisting in the allocation decisions. Not only will you be an organised administrator, but you will also be compassionate with an empathetic approach to the work you do.

Experience of working within housing/property would be ideal but strong administrators will also be suitable if you're willing to learn more about this industry.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient movement through the tenant pipeline including reviewing applications, attending interviews and assisting in the allocation decisions.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and writing communications about available properties and posting on their website and social media.
  • Building relationships with referral partners to ensure they're aware of this organisation's purpose and of how potential tenants can apply.
  • Gather all references for potential tenants, ensuring suitability along with all other administration duties to finalise their application.
  • Arrange and attend property viewings with potential tenants.
  • Ensure system is always updated with information for the tenants and the properties.
  • Other administration duties to assist with the wider team.

  • You will need to have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (or be willing to add this to your policy if successful) along with using the company pool car
