A leading recruitment agency is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to support a charity organisation in managing residential properties in Leeds. This role involves assisting with tenant applications, building relationships with referral partners, and conducting property viewings. Ideal candidates will possess strong organisational skills and empathy, with a willingness to learn about the housing industry.
Role: Property Administrator (Charity Organisation)
Location: LS7
Hours: 4 or 5 days, 30 hours (10am-2pm core hours)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £25-27K (Full Time Equivalent)
Office Angels are proud to be partnering with one of our fantastic Charity partners to recruit a part-time Property Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills within a business that really does make a difference.
You will be reporting directly to the Property Coordinator and assisting in ensuring that the organisation's residential properties don't stay vacant for too long. You will be building great relationships with referral partners, attending assessment interviews and assisting in the allocation decisions. Not only will you be an organised administrator, but you will also be compassionate with an empathetic approach to the work you do.
Experience of working within housing/property would be ideal but strong administrators will also be suitable if you're willing to learn more about this industry.
