We are looking for a proven Property Administrator, Lettings Assistant, or Assistant Property Manager to join our leading Real Estate Management client as a Property Administrator in central London. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process resident documents and data.
  • Book contractors and manage contractor keys and access.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings and diaries.
  • Release keys to contractors.
  • Oversee general enquiries.
  • Perform general administration duties.
Requirements
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Good customer skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills and experience using CRM.
  • Keen to learn, develop and progress.
